Payment and Cancellation

1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Minimum Commitment: All subscription packages are for a minimum of three (3) months with payments being made monthly. After the initial term, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled or altered as per the cancellation policy.

Payment Method: Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your designated credit/debit card at the beginning of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Fit4It Perfect Sport Coaching LLC to charge your card for the agreed-upon amount.

 2.CANCELLATION POLICY

12-Hour Cancellation Window: To cancel your subscription or a session, you must send an email to hello@fit4it.ae or info@fit4it.ae  with “Cancel” as the subject line at least 12 hours before the next session or the renewal date. Cancellations made within this window will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.

Refunds: All payments made to Fit4It are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, clients are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise specified in these terms or required by law. If you cancel your subscription, automatic payments will stop starting from the month after the cancellation. For example, if your renewal is due on March 20th and you cancel on March 19th, you will not be charged on March 20th. If you cancel on March 21st, your payment will cease on April 20th.

Session Cancellation: Clients must notify Fit4It at least 12 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in the session being charged in full.

Multiple Subscriptions: Clients may hold multiple subscriptions; however, subscriptions are non-transferable and must be managed individually.

3. SUBSCRIPTION FREEZE

Freezing Your Subscription: You may freeze your subscription once per month for a maximum of fifteen (15) days. To request a freeze, send an email to hello@fit4it.ae or info@fit4it.ae with “Freeze” as the subject line at least 12 hours before your next scheduled session. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.

Service Access During Freeze: Once a subscription is frozen, clients will not be able to avail themselves of any services until the subscription is unfrozen. Clients will not be charged for the period during which the subscription is frozen.

Billing Cycle Adjustment: The billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly, moving ahead by a maximum of 15 days during the freeze period. The subscription will automatically restart after the freeze period ends.

Session Carry-Forward:. If you are unable to finish the total sessions for any month, the unutilised sessions can be carried forward to the next month. The max number of sessions that can be carried forward each month will be 2 or 4 depending upon the plan subscribed for. A total of 4 sessions can be carried forward at any time.

Additional Freeze Requests: If a freeze is needed  more than once a month or for longer than 15 days, please contact us at hello@fit4it.ae or info@fit4it.ae . Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the merit of the request. Fit4It reserves the right to decline any request for a freeze exceeding 15 days or more than once a month.

4. SESSION RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling of sessions is allowed. Clients should contact their trainer at least six (6) hours in advance if they wish to reschedule a session.

5. TRAINER AVAILABILITY

Should your trainer travel during your subscription it is unavailable due to illness or any other unavoidable reason, you will be offered the option to either freeze your subscription until their return or to continue training with an alternative trainer.

6. OTHER TERMS  

Non-Transferable Packages: Packages cannot be shared, transferred, or sold for cash. 

Amendments: Fit4It Perfect Sport Coaching LLC reserves the right to amend the terms of this policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Compliance: By subscribing, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined in this policy and any other policies or terms of service provided by Fit4It Perfect Sport Coaching LLC.
