Rescheduling of sessions is allowed. Clients should contact their trainer at least six (6) hours in advance if they wish to reschedule a session.
Should your trainer travel during your subscription if it is unavailable due to illness or any other unavoidable reason, you will be offered the option to either freeze your subscription until their return or to continue training with an alternative trainer.
