Private personal training
FIT4IT brings a certified, licensed personal trainer to your apartment, your building gym or the creekside promenade in Al Jaddaf and Oud Metha. You keep one trainer each week. Every client starts with a free FITIQ™ assessment, so your plan fits your body, your schedule and your goals.

Many newer towers on Jaddaf Waterfront and in Culture Village come with a residents' gym. Your trainer works with the equipment that is there, corrects your technique and keeps each session moving. If your building asks visitors to register first, we help you arrange it before the first session.
Many homes in Oud Metha are apartments in low-rise buildings, often without a full gym. Your trainer brings compact equipment and turns your living room into a training space for the hour. Strength, mobility and cardio circuits all fit in about two by two metres, and everything leaves with the trainer.
The Al Jaddaf Walk follows Dubai Creek with broad, smooth paths for walking, jogging and cycling. It is open around the clock and free to use. On cooler mornings, your trainer can meet you there for intervals, brisk walks and outdoor circuits, with open views across the water.
Oud Metha is close to two of Dubai's best-known public parks: Creek Park, along the water in neighbouring Umm Hurair, and Zabeel Park. Both offer lawns and paths for outdoor sessions in the cooler months. Opening hours and entry fees apply, so we confirm the details before your session.
Al Jaddaf and Oud Metha sit in the middle of the city, between Downtown Dubai, Bur Dubai and the airport. Al Jaddaf has grown into a waterfront district of new towers, home to landmarks such as Palazzo Versace Dubai and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library. Oud Metha is an established neighbourhood next to Dubai Healthcare City, with well-known schools nearby. Both suit people who want a central address and little time lost in traffic.
Many residents work in healthcare, business or government, often with long or changing hours. A trainer who comes to your door fits around shifts, meetings and family time, without the drive to a gym. You keep the same trainer, so your plan builds week after week. When you travel, we pause your schedule and restart on your return.
The creekside is at its best from late October to April, early in the morning and around sunset. From June to September, we move sessions indoors or start very early, before the heat builds. Your trainer plans water breaks and shade, and adjusts the pace to the day's conditions.
Al Jaddaf and Oud Metha clients can add these FIT4IT services at home, alongside their training:
One-to-one sessions planned around your goals and your space.
Practical eating plans that fit your routine, travel and family meals.
One-to-one boxing sessions for fitness, coordination and stress relief.
Support with stress, habits and balance alongside your training.
Yes. Share your roster as early as you can and your trainer will book sessions around it. Early mornings, late evenings and weekend slots are all possible, depending on availability. Keeping the same trainer means your plan stays on track, even when your hours move.
Yes. The promenade along the creek is open around the clock and free to use. You and your trainer agree on a meeting point near your building, and light gear comes along for circuits. From late October to April, early mornings are the most pleasant time to train outside.
No. Your trainer brings compact equipment, such as bands, a mat and adjustable weights, and runs the full session in your apartment. You need about two by two metres of free floor. If you would like a change of scene, a nearby park works well on cooler days.
Yes, as long as your building allows a visiting trainer. Some buildings ask residents to register coaches in advance, so please check with your building management first. If the gym is busy, the session can move to your apartment instead.
Yes. Partners, parents and older children can join a session or book their own with the same trainer. Each person gets a plan that matches their age, fitness level and goals. If anyone has a medical condition or a recent injury, please talk to your doctor first.
The FITIQ™ assessment looks at your body measurements, fitness level, health history, lifestyle and goals. It costs nothing and carries no commitment. It gives your trainer a clear picture of where you are today. From there, your sessions are built around your schedule and what you want to achieve.
