Where we train you

At your family villa

Villas in Hoshi, Barashi and Tilal City often have large courtyards, shaded gardens or a spare room that works as a gym. Your trainer sets up there, inside your walls and away from public view. Sessions fit around school runs, work and family visits, so home life carries on as normal.

On the Al Majaz Waterfront paths

Al Majaz Park, beside Khalid Lagoon, has walking and jogging tracks with open views across the water. On cooler mornings, it suits steady runs, walking intervals and mobility work. Your trainer can meet you there before the day gets busy, then leave you a home plan for the rest of the week.

On the sand at Al Heera Beach

Al Heera Beach runs for about 3.5 kilometers along the Gulf and has dedicated jogging and cycling tracks. Soft sand adds challenge to simple moves such as lunges, carries and short sprints. Early weekend sessions here suit families who enjoy training together by the sea in the cooler months.

In your community facilities

Al Zahia has outdoor sports courts, a clubhouse and shaded paths for walking and cycling. If your community offers shared facilities, your trainer can meet you there at a quieter hour. Guest rules vary, so please confirm access with your community management before your first session.

Training Built Around Family Life in Sharjah

For many Emirati and Arab families, the home is a private space, and training should respect that. Your trainer works only in the areas you choose and keeps to your household routines. Sessions can pause for prayer and resume without fuss. You decide who takes part and who simply watches. Your family's details stay private and are never discussed with others.

Family training is common in larger Sharjah households. A father might focus on strength and posture, while a mother works on energy and mobility. Older children can build fitness for their sport, or simply healthy habits, with the same coach. One consistent trainer means the whole family follows a joined-up plan. Progress is easy to follow from week to week.

Many Sharjah residents commute to Dubai or travel often for business. We schedule around that, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. Outdoor training is most comfortable from November to March, when Al Majaz and Al Heera are pleasant. In summer, sessions move indoors or start soon after sunrise. If you have an injury, a medical condition or are pregnant, talk to your doctor first.

More than workouts

Your family can add any of these services alongside personal training:

How it starts

  1. Free FITIQ™ assessment. We look at your body measurements, fitness level, health history, lifestyle and goals.
  2. Your plan and your trainer. You get one consistent trainer and a plan built around your schedule and space.
  3. Sessions where you are. We arrive on time, bring what is needed and keep your details private.

Questions we often get

Do you come to villas in Hoshi and Barashi?

Yes. Hoshi and Barashi, both in Al Badie, are among the Sharjah areas we serve. Your trainer comes to your villa at an agreed time and trains you in the space you prefer. Many families use a garden, courtyard or spare room. If you have no equipment, we can suggest a simple setup.

Can our whole family train with one trainer?

Yes. Families often book back-to-back sessions so each person gets focused time, or shared sessions for siblings. Each family member starts with their own free FITIQ™ assessment, so plans match age, goals and current fitness. Sessions for children focus on movement, coordination and healthy habits, always with a parent's agreement.

Do you serve Al Zahia, Tilal City and Sharjah Waterfront City?

Yes. We serve homes in Al Zahia and Tilal City, as well as the phases of Sharjah Waterfront City where residents have moved in. Send us your community and preferred times on WhatsApp. We will confirm availability and match you with one consistent trainer.

What time of day suits outdoor training in Sharjah in summer?

From May to September, train just after sunrise or move the session indoors. Early evenings near the coast often stay hot and humid. Your trainer will shorten intervals, add rest and plan regular water breaks. From November to March, mornings at Al Majaz Park or Al Heera Beach are comfortable for longer sessions.

How can our family stay active between sessions?

Easy walks keep everyone moving on rest days. The canal-side paths at Al Qasba are lively and family-friendly in the evenings. Al Noor Island, a ticketed garden island, offers shaded walkways for a calm stroll. Your trainer can pair these outings with a simple step goal or a short stretching routine.

Can my trainer work around Ramadan and family occasions?

Yes. During Ramadan, many clients prefer lighter sessions after iftar or before suhoor. Your trainer adjusts intensity and timing to how you feel while fasting. Around Eid, weddings and family gatherings, sessions can move or pause. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before training while fasting.
