Private personal training
FIT4IT brings a certified, licensed personal trainer to your door in Jumeirah, from the villas of Jumeirah 1 to the apartments of Port de La Mer. Sessions take place in your villa, your building gym, or on the beach track a few minutes from home. Many Jumeirah homes are established villas with gardens, majlis rooms and shaded courtyards. Your trainer brings compact equipment and sets up wherever there is room. A garden lawn suits mobility and bodyweight circuits in the cooler months. A quiet indoor room works well for strength sessions in summer. Nothing needs to be installed.
Some villas in Jumeirah and on Jumeirah Bay Island already have a gym room. Your trainer works with the equipment you own and shows you how to use each piece safely. If something important is missing, you will hear which one or two items would add the most value.
A soft running track of about 7 km follows the coast from near the Burj Al Arab, past Kite Beach, to Jumeirah 1. Distance markers make intervals easy to measure. Residents of Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah 3 can meet their trainer at Kite Beach for early walks, runs and outdoor circuits.
Port de La Mer, the Meraas waterfront community at La Mer, has residents' gyms, pools and paths along the marina, so your trainer can work with you in your building or right outside it. Nearby Jumeirah Beach 1 reopened in February 2026 with a new jogging track and a smoother cycling path. Residents of Al Wasl and City Walk can also train in Safa Park.
Jumeirah is one of Dubai's most established areas. Many families have lived in the same villa for years, and some homes hold three generations. Days fill up quickly with school runs, business meetings and family visits. A trainer who comes to the house removes the drive, the parking and the crowded gym floor. You train in private, then carry on with your day.
Discretion matters to many people in this part of the city. Your trainer arrives on time, works quietly and respects your home, your family and your household staff. You keep the same trainer each week, so you never have to explain your history twice. When you travel for business or spend the summer abroad, we pause your schedule and restart on your return. Spouses, parents and older children can join a session or book their own.
The beach track is most pleasant from late October to April. In those months, early mornings and the hour around sunset suit outdoor sessions well. From June to September, we suggest training indoors at home, or very early on the beach before the sun climbs. Your trainer plans water breaks and shade, and adjusts the pace to the day's heat and humidity.
Jumeirah clients can add these FIT4IT services at home, alongside their training:
One-to-one sessions planned around your goals and your space.
Practical eating plans that fit your routine, travel and family meals.
One-to-one boxing sessions for fitness, coordination and stress relief.
Support with stress, habits and balance alongside your training.
Yes. Jumeirah Bay Island is part of the area we serve. Your trainer comes to your villa at the time you choose. Please share any access or security details in advance, so your trainer arrives smoothly. Sessions can take place in your gym, your garden or any quiet room in the house.
Yes. Kite Beach sits close to Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah 3, and the running track passes right by it. You and your trainer agree on a meeting point, and light gear comes along for circuits. Weekday mornings are usually quieter than weekends. A session before 8am leaves the rest of your morning free.
Yes, as long as your building allows a visiting trainer. Some buildings ask residents to register guests or coaches first, so please check with your building management. If the gym is busy, your trainer can run the session in your apartment, or outdoors along the marina on cooler days.
Yes. Many Jumeirah homes have several generations under one roof, so this works well. Your trainer adapts each person's plan to their age, fitness level and goals. Older family members often focus on mobility, balance and everyday strength. If anyone has a medical condition or a recent injury, please talk to your doctor first.
Tell us your travel dates and we will pause your schedule. When you return, the same trainer picks up where you left off. Before you leave, your trainer can give you a short routine to follow on the road. It needs little space and no equipment, so it fits any hotel room.
The FITIQ™ assessment looks at your body measurements, fitness level, health history, lifestyle and goals. It costs nothing and carries no commitment. It gives your trainer a clear picture of where you are today. From there, your sessions are built around your schedule and what you want to achieve.
